we have on offer both on tap and fridge beers, showcasing our local legends eagle bay brewing co on tap and a range of local and internationals in the fridges, please note that our range changes weekly with offers to the real crafty lovers and the laid back easy smashable beer loves also.
wine
we love a good quality wine at bills, which is why our range may not be the largest, but it sure does hit the spot. Similar to everything else we do at bills, our wine menu changes with wines local to our amazing western Australian wine region and every now and then you’ll come in and have the offering to grab a wine cheaper than the winery itself, as a way for us to give out some bloody tasty wines for everyone to enjoy. We also pour our own house wines from our sister business ‘high and dry bottling co’ , so come in and taste our carefully selected range.
gin
oh yes, the true way to everyones hearts, gin. this is a spirit we certainly do take great pride in, believing quality over quantity is the way to go (although we do have a pretty large collection). we want to be able to have a gin for everyone, from local west Aussie, to local eastern states and then of course a range from around the world. with help from our trained staff we will find one for you, teach you a bit about your choice, help with a mixer and also guide you towards a garnish. think it as a little creation just for you.

for some of us, this is our one true love, the darkest spirit, with some of the greatest and most satisfying tastes and history in the world. we are always proud of our whisk(e)y collection and we hope you are too. with help from friends around the world, we are able to source some rare and unique whiskies without breaking your budget. from American, to Scottish, to Taiwanese, to French and of course to some damn good bloody Aussie whiskies, we will have one for you.

it’s not the largest, but it sure is tasty. our range of rums comes with a selection that’ll treat your taste buds to a whole new experience. with rums sourced from far and wide, we will have something new for you to taste and enjoy.
